Description

This lonely, old, hollowed-out filling station in west Texas must have witnessed a lot of history. I came across it during a trip through the western US with my wife in 2003. I love the way the old, faded advertisement and the bullet-holes from some bored rancher give the building character. This was a fun scene to paint, and I hope it speaks to you.
